Use, including visiting and purchasing products on the website www.acceleratia.ro, implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions detailed in the following paragraphs.

The customer's business partner, whether a natural person or a legal entity, is ACCELERATION SRL, which owns and sells to the customer the products presented on the site and collects their value. ACCELERATION SRL provides the goods and services that are subject to the terms and conditions below.
For the best use of the site, it is recommended to read these terms and conditions carefully. ACCELERATION SRL assumes the right to make any changes to these provisions, as well as any changes to the site www.acceleratia.ro, its structure or any other changes that could affect the site, without the need for any prior notification to users.
Society ACCELERATION SRL cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur on the site for any reason, including due to changes, settings or upgrades to the server on which it is hosted. ACCELERATION SRL is not responsible for the content, quality or nature of sites accessed through links on the site. www.acceleratia.ro, regardless of the nature of these links. The owners of the sites in question are fully responsible for the respective sites.
ACCELERATION SRL reserves the right to refuse collaboration with customers who display inappropriate behavior and language (aggressive, licentious, etc.) or have a history of refused deliveries.
Prices
If prices or other details regarding products have been displayed incorrectly, including due to the fact that they were entered incorrectly in the database, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and to notify the customer as soon as possible about the error that has occurred, if the delivery has not yet been made. If you have ordered a product with an incorrect price/availability displayed, you will be contacted by email or telephone to validate the order under the new conditions. The prices of the products on www.acceleratia.ro are expressed in lei, include VAT and are valid subject to price/human input availability errors.
Electronic Communications
By accessing the site www.acceleratia.ro, using, visiting, purchasing products or sending emails to the company ACCELERATION SRL, communication is carried out electronically, thus considering that the user consents to receiving notifications from ACCELERATION SRL electronically, including communications by email or through announcements on the website.
Registration of the order does not constitute its confirmation. After taking over the order, it will be processed by our operators in order to confirm and establish delivery details. The standard delivery time is 1-3 working days from order confirmation. In the case of products imported directly from ACCELERATION SRL and which is not in stock, the delivery time may be extended by up to 20 working days.
During the Easter holidays, winter holidays, Black Friday, as well as throughout the duration of other company campaigns, processing an order and its delivery may take between 7-20 business days.
The characteristics of the products presented on the SITE are taken over/made available by manufacturers and/or suppliers, and the Seller does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of this information.
The Seller reserves the right to complete and modify any information on the SITE.
Any problem caused by the products/services presented on the SITE will be resolved amicably within 15 working days from the date of the written notification of the problems by the USER.
The Seller is not liable for any losses, costs, lawsuits, claims, expenses or other liabilities, if they are directly caused by failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
The Seller is not liable for damages caused as a result of the Site not functioning, as well as for those resulting from the impossibility of accessing certain links published on the Site.
We inform you that any complaints regarding the aesthetic deficiencies of the products will be taken into account and analyzed only if they are reported within the first 48 hours of receiving the product.
Order Registration
You agree and accept that, without any prior notice, we may delete or add any information on the site, discontinue any activity on the site or archive any of the content of the site. In the event that references are made to other sites, we do not guarantee and/or confirm in any way the type of information that you will find on these sites. It remains at your discretion whether or not you visit these sites or consider the information found there.
Your obligations when placing an order
In using the service, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, as specified in the order registration section, and you agree to provide this information correctly and completely. In the event that we consider that this obligation is not respected by you, we reserve the right to block your access, for a fixed or indefinite period, to use the service without any prior notice. You can place an order with us through our checkout form or by phone.
After ordering, you can receive an order summary in which you will have detailed information about the ordered products and personal data.
If you notice an error in your order, you must contact us immediately. If this does not happen, we understand that you accept the order details (prices, products, delivery or billing dates, etc.) as they are written. Acceptance of an order from us occurs when, by e-mail, you are notified that the courier company has taken over the package. When refusing an order, you will be notified by e-mail of the reason for the refusal or by telephone.
We may refuse an order if:
- We do not have the ordered product in stock.
- Your payment was not completed in the case of payment by bank transfer or online with a bank card.
- There was an error related to the price or product description.
- You are not eligible to place an order (you are under the legal age, you have previously placed orders that you did not pick up, etc.).
An order placed on the website www.acceleratia.ro has the initial status Placed/New and will be valid after confirmation by phone or SMS that the products are in stock or at the supplier. No order is eligible if it is not confirmed. After placing an order, an automatic email will be sent announcing whether the order has been placed successfully, then the verification process follows for a possible confirmation. Orders containing products that are not in stock and cannot be delivered will not be confirmed. Photos belonging to the site www.acceleratia.ro are for presentation purposes, the products are within the limit of available stock.
All products sold by ACCELERATION SRL benefits from a guarantee under the conditions provided by law.
The products are within the limit of available stock. In the event of stock exhaustion, the Seller's representative will offer alternatives by presenting other products similar in appearance and technical specifications to the ordered product whose stock has been exhausted.
The pictures may be for informational purposes only. Also, the images are presented on the SITE as an example, and the delivered products may differ from the images in any way, due to changes in characteristics, design without prior notification by the manufacturers.

Product Delivery
The cost of delivering products is 19.99 lei anywhere in Romania. In the case of packages heavier than 10 kg, the cost of shipping may increase, and the buyer will be notified of this. When canceling orders, the shipping cost is not canceled.
CAREFUL: The courier company will issue a receipt or tax receipt for the payment made cash on delivery to the courier!
IMPORTANT: The customer is obliged to check the package received upon receipt in the presence of the courier company agent who delivered the products. If the package shows damage, defects, bumps, scratches, cracks visible to the naked eye, these are noted on the spot through a damage report completed and signed together with the courier company agent who made the delivery. The products are insured until receipt by our customer. Any claim subsequent to receipt of the products regarding defects, bumps, scratches, cracks or other damage, visible to the naked eye, which could have occurred during the transport of the products and which were not noted in the damage report, is not taken into account!
The delivery of products is made depending on the stock of products at the time of placing the order, and the delivery time is 24 - 72 hours from the moment of order confirmation (excluding non-working days of Saturday and Sunday, as well as public holidays). In the case of products imported directly by ACCELERATION SRL and which is not in stock, the delivery time may be extended by up to 20 working days.
The delivery of the products is carried out through express courier companies. The products are and are delivered in the original, sealed packaging of the manufacturer and are insured throughout the transport, until delivery. The products are sold and delivered only in Romania.
Orders will be processed in the order they are registered in the system. After processing your order, you will be contacted by phone or email to arrange delivery details. Orders received at the end of the week will be processed starting Monday in the order they are received.
Placing a valid online order does not guarantee the customer the reservation and/or delivery of the ordered product. Confirmation of stock and reservation of the product in order to fulfill the order is made by our operators by phone or by e-mail. Cancellation of online orders by buyers is made by phone or by e-mail sent to the address specified in the contact section.
Processing orders during holidays and discount campaigns
During the Easter holidays, winter holidays, Black Friday, as well as throughout the duration of other company campaigns, processing an order and its delivery may take between 7-20 business days.
Return of Products
For products purchased online/by phone:
Products purchased remotely can be returned according to GEO no. 34/2014 if the buyer is dissatisfied with the performance or quality of the product or if he finds that the product does not meet his requirements. Products can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, without penalties and without invoking any reason.
The value of the ordered products will be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of written termination of the contract by the buyer.
For products purchased and paid for by bank card, the issuing bank may unblock the amount blocked in the customer's account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy.
General return conditions:
Products that do not comply with the specifications on the site at the time of placing the order may be returned without additional costs on the part of the customer, following a written notification specifying the nature of the lack of conformity. The customer may request a refund of the product value or a replacement with a conforming one.
Products that show physical changes, knocks, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. are not accepted for return.
We recommend returning the products in the packaging they were shipped in and together with all documents (user manual, warranty), this being not mandatory according to Law 249/2015, Art. 16, point 8.
ACCELERATION SRL may charge additional fees for returning used, damaged, unpackaged, unaccessory, etc. products to restore them to their original condition, which may range from 0 to 50% of the original value of the product.
The cost of shipping the above-mentioned products is the responsibility of the customer. If the product was purchased during a period in which a free shipping offer is in effect, if the product is returned, the shipping cost initially borne by the customer will be deducted from its value. ACCELERATION SRL. The return of the products will be at the customer's expense. In the case of a non-conforming product, we invite you to contact us.
Please return the product in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original product box with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). Any visible defect found by the operators ACCELERATION SRL in the case of returned products it cannot be assumed by ACCELERATION SRL for courier shipments, if you have not informed us of their existence within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt, unless their occurrence was unavoidable in determining the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Therefore, if the product is not returned in the condition in which it was delivered, together with the included accessories, or has defects visible to the naked eye that are not specified in the report concluded with the courier agent at the time of receipt or about which you have not informed us within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt, the consumer is only responsible for the diminution in value of the products resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. The diminution in value of the products cannot be discouraging for consumers to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Please ensure that the products you return are reset to factory defaults (where applicable), without being secured with a user account and password. If the reset has not been performed before the product reaches us, the amount of 100 lei + VAT will be deducted from the product value, this amount representing the fee for bringing the product to new status.
If the product suffers damage for which the consumer is responsible, we reserve the right to request a reduction in the value of the product to restore it to its original state (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from the sale of the product as second-hand or, at the customer's option, we will reship the product to them, at their expense. This clause applies according to GEO 34/2014, in the case of purchasing products using distance communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in GEO 34/2014.
After the 14 calendar day period, according to the law, products can no longer be returned.
Return Procedure:
If a consumer wishes to return a product, the consumer completes the withdrawal form in electronic format and performs the following steps:
- Complete the Product Return Form. If you encounter errors, you can complete this form and send it to us by email to the address specified in the contact section or by post/courier.
- Send the product and all accessories received, the warranty certificate and a copy of the invoice to the address received by email or phone from ACCELERATION SRL, stating on the AWB "Product Return" www.acceleratia.ro". The customer is responsible for packaging the product and the necessary documents for shipping. Please do not write the delivery address on the packaging, but only on the AWB. Send the products to the physical address received by email, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the expiry of the 14 calendar day period.
- Shipping costs are borne by the customer according to the law. If you send the package with payment at destination, we will have to invoice the shipping cost plus the cost of additional kilometers if applicable or refuse to pick up the package.
The return form is a model and is not mandatory.
Careful! The return costs will be borne by the customer, according to the law, and will be paid to the courier upon delivery of the package with the returned products. The customer can choose the courier company with which the product is shipped to the logistics center. We do not recommend returns via the Romanian Post.
Refund:
The refund will be made according to the law within 14 calendar days from the date of written termination of the contract, by transfer to a bank account sent by you on the return form. The bank account must be in lei. Delay in providing bank account details may lead to a delay in the refund. The refunded amount, as well as the return conditions, do not include shipping costs. For products purchased and paid for by bank card, the issuing bank may unblock the amount blocked in the customer's account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy.
Legal entity customers cannot make returns for ordered products, according to GEO no. 34/2014.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
According to GEO no. 34/2014 Art.16 Letter e) hygiene items are an exception to the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned (Ex.: Breast pumps, nasal aspirators, sterilizers, aerosol devices, breast pads, pacifiers, etc. or which are susceptible to damage or expire quickly).
Art.16 Letter e): "- supply of sealed products which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer;"

Warranty Terms
All products sold by ACCELERATION SRL benefits from the product warranty according to the legislation in force and the commercial policies of the manufacturers.
Through the commercial warranty, you have access to free repair services from the seller or manufacturer based on the issued warranty certificate and the purchase invoice.
If the certificate is issued by the manufacturer of the product and the product fails during the warranty period, the repair is provided by the manufacturer's authorized service network, in the centers specified in the certificate. In this case, you must take the defective product to the nearest service center mentioned in the certificate, which will take full responsibility for resolving the warranty.
For some of the products sold by www.acceleratia.ro You will receive a warranty certificate issued by the manufacturer or distributor in printed format. You can find it in the product box or glued to the outside of the box. Keep the certificate so that you can benefit from the warranty, if necessary. The conditions for granting warranties may vary depending on the manufacturer and are established in the commercial policies of each manufacturer, at the national level.
The defective product or products are sent by express courier (approved by our company) to our logistics headquarters. The return shipping is covered by ACCELERATION SRL for products covered by warranty.
The warranty is void if modifications have been made to the product sent by us, if the product has failed for reasons other than technical ones (e.g. water, impacts, incorrect assembly, etc.).
Products will be replaced under warranty directly at our company or, in some cases, by our supplier. We assume the responsibility of replacing the product during the warranty period. In the event that a product needs to be replaced, and we no longer have that product in stock, you may be refunded the amount paid.
Guarantee of conformity
The conformity guarantee represents the legal period of 2 years during which the customer is brought into conformity with the product free of charge. Thus, the manufacturer undertakes to repair, replace or refund the value of the product, according to GEO no. 140/2021, with subsequent amendments and supplements.
The time period established for remedying the repair is a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date on which the buyer notified the seller of the lack of conformity of the product.
In accordance with OG no. 21/1992, as amended and supplemented, the seller is obliged to provide the consumer with: warranty certificate (only for durable products), instruction/use/installation manual. Products on sale must be accompanied by instruction manuals in Romanian, declarations of conformity, technical data sheets, energy labels.
Exceptions that are not covered by the warranty:
- The product has been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons.
- The product was damaged due to improper handling.
- The company is not obligated to repair, reinstall or restore pre-installed software and programs in the case of products that include software.
- Various consumable parts of the products (example: laptop batteries, printer cartridges, printer cylinders, printer toner, bonus cables and peripherals, etc.).
- Products damaged as a result of natural disasters or accidents (fires, over-feeding, floods, explosions, landslides, etc.).
- Products that have suffered software damage due to user inattention (unlicensed programs, viruses, non-functional programs, etc.).
- Video cards used to mine cryptocurrencies (video cards used for any type of mining lose their warranty).
In the case of Second Hand or Refurbished products, the warranty period is between 3 – 12 months!

- To send the product for Warranty, you need to fill out the Warranty Form.
- Send only the defective product.
- Specify the product issue on a ticket.

The INVOICE and WARRANTY are issued only in electronic format and are sent by e-mail to the customer. These documents can also be downloaded at any time from your customer account or requested by phone or e-mail. In some cases, the Warranty can be granted only on the basis of the invoice.
Promotions and Contests
We establish our own rules for the promotions and contests we organize. These rules are made known to potential participants only through our own website. Only those orders that strictly comply with the rules displayed on the website benefit from the promotions.
